• S. Renée Phillips is an author, educator, and faith-driven mentor whose life and work are grounded in truth, resilience, and redemption. A high school Career & Technical Education teacher and former law enforcement officer, she has devoted her life to empowering others to rise above pain and reclaim their purpose.

Holding a Doctorate in Christian Education and Family Counseling, Renée brings both spiritual insight and real-world experience to every space she enters. Her journey—marked by secrecy, survival, and grace—has shaped her calling to help others find healing through faith and self-discovery.

Her debut memoir, A Love Child: The Price She Paid for Paternity, unveils a deeply personal story of hidden identity, paternal rejection, and the long road to restoration. Through her writing, workshops, and community service, Renée reminds others that inheritance is not always given—sometimes, we must rise and take it.

When she isn’t teaching or writing, Renée leads “Polish Your Pearls,” a transformative sisterhood and leadership experience designed to help women turn conflict into growth and purpose into power.

“What was meant to silence me became the sound of my becoming.”

I’m S. Renée Phillips, author of A Love Child: The Price She Paid for Paternity. My journey began in silence but found its power in truth. This space was created to share stories of faith, healing, and the courage to stand in your identity — no matter where it began.
Here, you’ll find reflections, resources, and moments of grace — all rooted in the belief that what was meant to break you can become the very thing that builds you.
